Do any of y'all think he's not the mummer's dragon, though? Part of me hopes he's not just for the conflict it could cause when Dany finally gets to Westeros.

I'm hoping he's a real Targ as well for the same reason. I'll take the Blackfyre theory as well.

Lot's of people are because he came too late to the story or some shyt like that but I'd be disappointed if he's just some dumpster baby with Targ features that Varys found for his grand scheme.

gotta be a blackfyre, but i wouldnt be shocked if he was a full blodded targ. Remember Varys came over in the middle of all that Mad King foolishness. I wouldnt be surprised if he convinced Elia to switch the babies right before Rhaegar rode off for the trident.

I just realized that in the next book we have to see what is going on in Asshai. Victarions boats are prolly Dany's key to getting to Asshai and learning more about her dragons and prolly getting to westeros from the west and not the narrow sea. Still i can't forsee how the dynamic between her and Aegon will work....even more so i can't wait to see how Dorne throws a wrench in all this with Arianne throwin that puss at Young Griff lol

Iirc, GRRM stated that we won't get to see Asshai but only in flashbacks or something like that.

Just finished reading Feast For Crows and Im really disappointed. No Tyrion

Especially after how epic book 3 was. The battles the twist, I went ahead and wiki'd the next book cause I just didn't feel like putting up with GRRM. How does he right three classic books then just stumbles and fumbles on book 4, and from what I've read, book 5. I'm like "homie pick your cast and stick with it" Anyway waiting on book 6 but Im pretty sure this fukk is gonna drag the series on as long as possible now that its his cash cow.

Just remember, the shyt is called "a feast for crows"..its the aftermath of the war that went down in "a storm of swords"..its slow compared to the book before it, but it sure is some damn good writing and it gives us A LOT of insight into Dorne, Iron Islands, Brienne, Arya, Jamie and Cersei

I read what happens in 5 and regret it. The book would've probably been more interesting than some summarized spoilers but Feast For Crows really felt like I wasted my time waiting on a big pay off but it never came. It was nice to see Cersei take an L though and I'll give George credit for really lettin you into the head of a birdbrain. You put so much time though expecting more of the same but instead get stuck reading about Brienne, Samwell, and some other lames. Hotah was a G though. Guess its just me being an action junkie at the end of day and Feast for Crows just didn't do it. Still gonna cop book six though.
