Nah Gravedigger I missed.
I thought the Hound was done for. I missed the Robert Strong foreshadowing too (Bran's coma dream).
On my first reread and about to finish GOT today. Holy shyt at the foreshadowing of the RW: the constant mentioning of never trusting Freys and Roose Bolton giving Robb weird ass stares. And Sansa wishing a hero would chop off Janos slynt's head, then in adwd Jon cuts off his head

First guy is definitely Sandor Clegane. Second dude described is believed to be Oberyn Martell some think it's Jaime though, and the last guy is Robert Strong.
Getting harder for me to believe he's going to finish the series.
