used the Activision Blizzard purchase and COD Day 1 as a means to justify the GP increase. Then take it away, but still higher than the pre Activision Blizz purchase.

Flawless Fleecing. Betting on them still to buy COD Day 1 to balance out loss in GP revenue. Hope the bean counters are right or....

The price was always going to increase when they're giving out day one games that was inevitable COD or not. They've been wishy washy as hell since the xbox one forced kinect fiasco though

should have NEVER opened Pandora's Box on that shyt with new AAA Day 1 games on GP. Taking something like that away after conditioning someone for almost a decade ....I just dunno.

What about their other titles now? Don't think it will stop at COD.... :mjpls:

what a mess. call of duty not even really popping like that. ofc you gonna have the green shirt guys running back to the dance floor even know this is still a fleece. anything more than $19.99 is not a deal
How much is ad free Netflix or HBO max by comparison, and games are much more expensive than buying movies

Ruin COD then drop the price.

Are they expecting a substantial subs increase? I don't see it.

So it must be additional revenue with lost COD sales from the XBots. Good luck.
Reports they were losing around 300 million from lost revenue from COD being on gamepass, and lots of gamers were mad about the gamepass price increase so they killed 2 birds with one stone

Yeah definitely a slippery slope here. I'm still mad about them killing snap too

So they need an additional 4 million copies of COD to be sold to Xbox users in addition to almost 300k more monthly subs to account for that 300 mill they were losing on COD day 1.....

To get gamepass down even lower they may have to cut the Fortnite Crew membership too
