You think it will beat the 360?

:lupe:
yes if MS makes the right moves
I went from having my hype killed by their conference last year to really wanting a XSX now
This year they could have
Crossfire X
Scorn
Stalker 2
Halo Infinite
Starfield
The Gunk
The Ascent
PSychonauts 2
Even if Starfield and Stalker 2 get delayed to 2022, within two years they will have these exclusives along with other unannounced and announced exclusives releasing later e.g. Project Mara, Avowed, etc., and future exclusive deals
I'm looking forward to Wolfenstein 3 which will either be released this year or next year
Can't forget about gamepass too but once their exclusives start releasing on there on day 1 it will become an even better deal
People are sleeping on the XSX
They just need a few new system selling AAA titles outside of the same franchise e.g. Halo

Microsoft is actually in the best position it's ever been in technically.

They have the hardware advantage, they have consumers favor, they are fully supporting and enhancing backwards compatibility for FREE, they have 1st party studios line up making games and they have a heavy hitter 1st party studio that guaranteed to drop some hits and turn heads.

If they execute like this throughout the generation next gen is going to be a super interesting generation
I think the XSX can outsell the 360
It's up to MS to fukk it up

Meanwhile in reality Xbox still in last place.
The Switch is not directly competing against the XSX and the PS5
It's its own niche and appeals to the masses
I think the real competition is between the XSX and the PS5
I think the PS5 outsells the XSX, but the XSX outsells the 360
So a not too distant second

GamePass is holding it down.
If you say there's nothing on there you're a damn liar.
Control, NBA2k21, Destiny 2, and a ton of indie games i'd never buy, but will try now.

If they could get the annual sports games to release day 1 on game pass that would be huge.

I’ve been saying those games should be subscription based anyway. Tho I see why they don’t do it, for money reasons.

Im sort of surprised sports games haven't gone the live service route. I don't think 2k or EA want to take the risk and find out.
