Even with more powerful CPUs in next gen consoles devs will still try to do more things at 30fps over 60fps.
let the peasant cpu consoles be locked to 30fps then and the next gen ones hit 60. Give em separate servers.

Bungie would still chose 30fps no matter what CPU was in the consoles.
Maybe Destiny 3 can give us 60.

I know they don't want to give a framerate advantage for current gen but for next gen consoles, I'm hoping they can separate servers depending on what you have.
