It's not but I'd highly recommend starting investing now. I didn't even pay attention to investing till age 36 other than my 401K and it is regrettable I waited so long. Had I started in my teens or 20s probably would have changed my whole life. I put every free dollar I can into investing now but you can't ever make up the time lost.

Yeah for sure I'm late. I was reading a wsb post breaking down why/how this GME stuff happened, only to realize it was written by a high schooler. :mindblown:
I'm in a position now where I have disposable $ to invest so I've been doing my research and am about to jump in. Been lurking the Coli HL thread too.

Is this speculative, p/d or are they actually looking at techinicals?

I feel like I'm seeing something I should have been on a year ago lol.
There’s so good posts with people doing real thorough analysis, but most is just shyt posting and bragging about crazy gains they made or how much money they lost.

It's Gamestop. The company exist on borrowed time with a business model that will become obsolete. When digital games on consoles overtakes physical games that's about it.

My boy who tried to get me to drop 20k on it last April pulled out when it went down, and missed his chance to get rich

I mean Gamestop does have something of value that people over look, it has nothing to do with consoles and games

but its the database from all its customers, that have a huge database showing their age, location, what type of games they buy, etc

This probably what Microsoft was interested in more than anything

Don't fell bad, the shyt is all luck, gamestop could be 700 dollars a share next year for all we know, if there was a definitive way to predict all this nobody would lose money and everybody would be rich
anybody can talk about something in hind sight after the fact

That data isn't valuable enough to keep the company as it is intact once the digital wave hits. Microsoft might throw them some crumbs but they're still looking at becoming worthless when people mostly buy games from their consoles.

Doesn't have to be, the mission already accomplished

in just a years time, if you brough the stock at 4 dollars and put in a nice chunk of chance you are set for life

If put 30k in last feb its over, you're done, mission accomplished, everything said isn't relevant

They already made out like bandits

you spoke about the data/value of the company...he responded that data doesn’t make the company as valuable as you think...and then you completely said some asinine shyt about retail investors “winning” that has nothing to do with his response to your original point lmaooo...cats will randomly say ANY shyt to sound “right”...disgusting smh

Why you acting like such a hoe, you have no clue what you are talking about or even understand the point I was making

The microsoft deal happened before the price skyrocketted what the hell the talking about
what he said was asined, nobody cares about the long term value of the company or viability of the business, the chance to get rich off the stock has passed its over
but you can take advantage of it going it back down by buying the puts
he's talking about the future of the company, the price already sky rocketed

People were wonder what would Microsoft possible want with gamestop with the deal happening

prime example of people speaking about stuff they have no idea about, take your own advice

The main point is people then got rich buying gamestop, he's just mad he wasn't one of them and is making excuses for not buying it

It was a once in the life time chance and its over, I didn't buy it either when people told me about, but I'm not gonna act like it wasn't a great move and I should've did it, I would be rich right now

This market shyt is fake. What does their revenue look like?

I don't know anybody that deals with gamestop like that
That because games themselves are garbage, that's not gamestop's fault

I've been wanting to play an older baseball game and I tried Walmart and they didn't have it, if not for GameStop where else will I go.

And selling refurbished games and systems is pure profit for GameStop plus they shietty trade ins

But you take your chances with GameStop, sometimes you'll get a game that might not play
