Ray Allen coming off the bench was for the better of the team, definitely. That's why it was done and no one but Ray had a real problem with it. Had Avery been healthy, Ray still would've been in the sixth man role.Be honest here, was Ray coming off the bench the best for the team ? or you think Ray Allen on 1 leg was a better option than young Hungry stud Avery Bradley?
What are you talking about "he wasn't made a priority in the offseason so he felt betrayed" Signing Ray Allen was the team #1 priority! they even went above his market value and offered him a NO TRADE Clause, out of 400 players in the entire league Only Kobe, Dirk and KG have that privilege.
Ainge’s call: Ray Allen is a priority - BostonHerald.com
"signing Ray Allen is our number one priority. Danny Ainge July 1st....
KG was the #1 priority, breh. He got signed up first and if he wasn't on board it would've been blown up. Ray was a priority, but KG was #1
