Paul Pierce was a slasher. He's old now, so he's more jumper oriented, but he was driving to the hoop with reckless abandon during his time in the hand checking era and pre big 3 days.

I'm a die hard KB/Lakers fan but this is BULLshyt....why can't old timers just admit that Lebron is a top 10 player all time??? And if he wins 4-6 ships he might push himself in the top 3...

GP is correct.....I believe Lebron still would of been great..just not to this extent...
For the ppl comparing Jordan and Kobe..younger versions to Lebron as a reason for why Lebron would still had the same effect

First off Lebrons jumper "today" is wet as sh!t, even when it wasnt very few guys could have effectively hand checked somebody with not just the strength and speed of Lebron but his handles, passing ability and understanding of the game itself. Lebron is an all time great not some one trick pony.

It wouldn't have been only the dudes who were guarding Lebron and hand checking him that would of gave him a problem it would of been also the numerous PF and C waiting to meet him in the paint..
If Lebron jumper is wet as shyt...what would you call Kobe jumper?? or Melo's?? or Durant's?? How about Jordan??...Those players jumpers are wet as shyt...Lebron's game is still primarily going to the hole...those other players can light up up from ANYWHERE on the floor...

It's funny how the coli discredits what MJ accomplished because he was playing against "slow non athletic white boys" or because MJ was just a better athlete than everyone... but this same competition is suppose to stop LeBron because they could hand check..

Yeah an an incredible athlete who plays SF , but can run the point and out rebound most bigs as well as a pass would be major liability in that era.

It wasn't as good as his older days when it was literally automatic...but it was never broke the way Lebron's jumper was broke....go check some tape of jordan in college...he was still banging jumpers on dudes..

Bruh Dominique Wilkins was considered a top player during that era and his overall game is no where near LeBrons..

I am anti Lebron Stan but I got to be honest here dude would dominate in the watered down 90's. He relys on athleticism and no one from any era can check him. He is simply too big, strong and fast. The only thing I can see bothering him is the phyiscal style of play. Lebron is a bi**ch ass dude at heart so he might get scared after someone like Oakley drops him on his ass.
