And I love Knick fans saying he has a good point

But how do explain 120 other writers in every city disagreeing

This isn't even 80/20

It's 99/1 that's fukking ridiculous

Dude writes for the Boston Globe, you're talking like he's a Knick beatwriter :pachaha:

I still don't get what you're mad about. Bron won MVP. Is # of unanimous MVP's a new ESPN stat or something?

So we giving MVP's for being the player of the month now? :childplease:

Bron ain't lose for over 2 months & had a stretch where he shot over 50% while putting up 30 a game. There's no statistical measure where Melo is deserving of MVP over Bron

*Haitian accent* my fwren..

Its all up for debate.... maybe he is able to accomplish all you listed becuse he has a top 2SG & Top 5 pf on his team also :ld:

Maybe if :salute: was on the Heats he would have career numbers

Knicks would be garbage without Melo

Can't be said about Heat
What a stupid simple argument. That does not tell you who the more valuable player is. Lebron is clearly a more valuable player and there's no denying that. If Lebron and Melo switched teams, te Knicks would be clearly better and the Heat would be clearly not as good.

If you read the article he makes good pts. Its not the best player award its the most valuable/important player.

Rondo, Melo are both more important to their respective teams than Lebron. Lebron is better than both though

My Pops Forever RIP
Washburn says the Knicks would not have made the playoffs without Anthony,

James collected 120 of 121 first-place votes. The NBA has never had a unanimous MVP selection.

 this ain't true. Give the Knicks an Asian PG from Palo Alto and you won't even remember Melo's on the team. There's proof of this. :troll:

Has everyone forgotten how Melo was the leading MVP candidate for the first half of the season. And he ended the season pretty strong too. I'd say he deserved more than one measly vote. Matter fact, he should've came in second overall:ohhh:

I see what your saying but i think it still would be a HUGE accomplishment and honor to be the first MVP elected unanimously. I mean we know he's the best player in NBA by a wide margin but that would validate it even more. You never know...that couldv've been what would give him the edge over other greats when he completes his legacy. :manny: i dont they should be giving dude death threats and shyt tho.
