Especially when you're just going to turn around and spend twice as much tomorrow because you missed a day. Now a week or more...
boycotting a week dont do shyt either. people have to adjust their lives and stop consuming so much as a whole. that's the only way you could start sending a message.
when I used to work 5 miles from my crib, I would ride my bike every day. this was a couple years ago when gas was at $4 for the first time. however, this isn't an option for everyone. but it was just an alternative for me to not having to consume as much fuel when I was in a position where it wasn't essential for me getting to work.
that's exactly how i think about it, even the "oooh, i can stay up late tonight" aspect....but yea, if i don't get some flexibility in the next two months, there's no way i can keep this job, the commute + the hours they expect leaves me with literally NO TIME in my day 2-3 days a week, it's ridiculous.

yeah leave your job and town where you live, so you can go to a higher cost of living city


I may be forced to buy one of these wimpy cars to save gas money.
