I think most people would have an easier time if they got paid daily. Even getting paid weekly feels like a freaking SLOG to get through with how relatively useless to society most of these jobs people work full time at
I don’t think most people have the money management skills to handle daily payouts. They need that lump sum to take care of things responsibly. I get daily payouts from my reselling and I even have to catch myself. Ill make decisions I don’t make with my paycheck cause I know I’ll just get another payout tomorrow.

I work in sales and the turnover rate is insane. funny thing is it's all fresh outta highshcool/college gen z kids that can't really handle full time work. after a few months, they just quit :ohhh:

one crop of gen z kids flame out after a few months, then they just bring in a new crop of fresh faced zoomers. shyt is like clockwork :bryan:

this is not sustainable tho :whoa: the future is uncertain
Yup, they just making it easier for companies to replace us in the (near) future with :aicmon:

Had a breh not show up to work for 2 weeks, kept saying he forgets to come to work :laff: . All the boomers and managers were pissed. I'm just laughing the whole time, don't blame the guy at all. Eventually he was fired.

Nobody wants to mention how toxic some of the older cats are. Work environment more chill with younger folks not concerned about gossiping and shyt.

Nobody built for full time if we gone be honest about it. Older generations just put their heads down and just toughed it out because they felt like they had to
the wealthy entrepreneurs are working more than fulltime

a lot of them seem content with sucking at their jobs

tbf i see it across all generations to some extent, but any new zoomer we’ve hired, i’ve never seen them strive to get any better at their job or learn anything.

which is fine, but you never getting out of that entry level shyt that you’re barely passable at then.
All gens are like this at first. It's the market that humbles people

Jobs don’t give a fukk about you no need to stick it out if you ain’t feeling it. Yea, at some point you gotta have a few stints over a year but otherwise work the time you need to work and take time off. I get burnt out after ~18-24 months and usually take a few months off before looking for a new job. I don’t like working, it’s a means to an end tho
