Yep, you gotta be within 20 miles of a major downtown hub to get a job that can actually pay bills and have decent infrastructure. If not, those rural areas have ZERO economic mobility with a ton of overweight CACs waiting to lynch you.

For a while this wasn't a bad deal since downtown area inflation wasnt that bad. 2 Major things changed this:
1) Immigration from Mexico and Asia picking up during and after the 1990s. The cost of living in major cities started going up. This is when you start seeing black new yorkers (mostly renters) heading back down south
2) The 2008 financial crisis (which allowed private equity and hedge funds to swoop in and buy homes for cheap then jack up the prices all the way to 2015) followed by the 2020 COVID lockdowns (this was the final nail in the coffin).

Yeah the competition is more fierce these days cacs don't have the monopoly on media anymore thanks to social media black culture is more mainstream and dominant than ever which boots black men heavy, south Korean culture is even giving asian men a small boost and cacs have to compete with spics etc.. so they throwing a temper tantrum because the playing field is slightly more even compared to the past sure being white still gives them an advantage but it's not 100% anymore a woman these days has no issues choosing a breh over a cac or worse cucking him
