Basically, and I'm buying a lot less now because of all the pandering to the fruits.Isn't the average gamer in their 30s anyways?
Millennials have been carrying the industry
Or a gaming crash like in '83.And it’s only going to get worse but the industry been in a bubble for the last decade anyways.
I’m mean we’ve had remakes of remakes, micro transactions and broken games at launch normalized.
A major correction is definitely coming.
It really is. I'm an older millennial and a lot of this shyt that is pushed in the market is underwhelming or complete trash. Maybe some of my taste in games have changed at 40+ but to spend $60 - 70+ (maybe $100+ MK 1 & WWE2K) for day 1 release to get a shytty gameplay experience... I'm good.Gaming is an expensive hobby.

Gen z discovered travel through TikTok. I think gaming will die down for them as they ageNah, the industry is still healthy. (in terms of sales, microtransactions, etc.) Also, gaming is way more social for them. But also, remember that they spent ALOT of time gaming over the pandemic. Gen Z is just now really outside in the past like 3 years.
