- If she gets kicked out, the GOP speeds up their demise in the area even more because she won by 11pts.
- If she doesn't get kicked out, then GOP loses control of the maps.
Basically the Key Date for the GOP to get this done is Dec 1st:
- If done before Dec 1st, Protasiewicz is 'impeached', Ever puts in a temporary judge until a Special Election is held April 2024.
- If done after, Evers gets to replaced her with a judge until 2031... which he can just replace her with Janet Protasiewicz.
