It looks like he's been paying himself compensation of over $1,000,000 a year since at least 2016, so if his hospital is in any sort of financial difficulty, it hasn't seemed to affect his pockets.

He's also the guy who fired a Black ER physician during the Covid pandemic because he was providing factual updates about the Covid pandemic on his social media.
