We'll see how things play out but it seems he's less compelled to be strung along by Netanyahu and is bypassing Israel to make 'deals' with Arab countries (despite the amount of obvious corruption involved). Long term I do worry that these transactional mob boss foreign policy tactics will be seen as more effective by the American public. Especially if he's successful with getting relief for Gaza and an Iran nuclear deal.
