Ive eaten plenty of unattractive looking foods that wind up tasting great.

I also grew up on oxtails and neckbones.

But Im not west indian so I may not hold stewed oxtails as close to the heart.

There are plenty of shyts being fried today that was looked at sacreligious 10-20 years ago.
