I like deep fried foods.

I'll try just about anything, once.

Thats why I dont see the issue.

Oxtails been gentrified since white folk decided they where tasty back in the 90's and the price went up 10 fold.

I'm saying.
Oxtails are a good cut of meat. Had em in pho, used for tacos, I even smoked em before

And I'm certain these were braised or pressure cooked before battered and fried. Come on now
