This thread got me thinking .... So, Chicago Was Founded By A Black Man? (That's Why They Wanna DESTROY IT) .

So a black Haitian "discovered/founded" Chicago...although, by default we know Native Americans were already there (Black Israelites may say :usure:). Either way, it's interesting, when ever you read about the history of a place, like wikipedia for instance you get maybe a paragraph....2 - 3 if you lucky on Native American/Indigenous people that inhabited originally.....then multiple sections, with details on the European bulldozing through war, disease, famine, ignored treaties, and just finessing to become Murica. History is a sonofabytch and motherfuucker though....so for what's it's worth.....

Name That Original Native American/ndigenous Tribe From Your Hometown or Current City! :krs:

I grew up in Eastern North Carolina. The Tuscarora were running thangs. They battled in the Tuscarora Wars, but got pushed up to New York and Ontario...cotdamn...that's a long way from home :damn:. Hemp gatherers??...no wonder I'm so pro-hemp...:ohhh:

Tuscarora people - Wikipedia
-The Tuscarora (in Tuscarora Skarù:ręˀ, "hemp gatherers"[2] or "Shirt-Wearing People"[3])
-Well before the arrival of Europeans in North America, the Tuscarora had migrated south and settled in the region now known as Eastern Carolina. The most numerous indigenous people in the area, they lived along the Roanoke, Neuse, Tar (Torhunta or Narhontes), and Pamlico rivers.[4] They first encountered European explorers and settlers in the colonies of North Carolina and Virginia.[5][6][7]

-After the 18th-century wars of 1711–1713 (known as the Tuscarora War) against English colonists and their Indian allies, most of the surviving Tuscarora left North Carolina and migrated north to Pennsylvania and New York, over a period of 90 years. They aligned with the Iroquois in New York, because of their ancestral linguistic and cultural connections. Sponsored by the Oneida, they were accepted in 1722 as the Sixth Nation of the Iroquois. After the American Revolution, in which they and the Oneida allied with the colonists, the Tuscarora shared reservation land with the Oneida before gaining their own. The Tuscarora Nation of New York is federally recognized.

____________________________________________Also, the Outer Banks is only 2 1/2 hour drive from hometown.....
and course every 4th and 7th grader in North Carolina will get that Lost Colony story, when some British settlers came over in 1580s. They sent a ship back to Britain for more supplies , and when they returned everybody was gone. Tuscarora have their own idea of what happened :sas1:... The Tuscarora Eye . Another nearby tribe, the Croatoan were for centuries deemed the ones responsible for the disapoeaeance, because "Croatoan" was carved into a tree of the missing colony, when the supply ship returned...

It's because they got that work and were unsuccessful on the Outer Banks/Roanoke Lost Colony, that British went up
further north to set up shop in Jamestown to create a permanent colony, poke on Pocohantas, and bring in 1619 Africans as indentured servants that would eventually usher in slavery...

Originally, the area now known as Southeast Florida was all Tequesta, but in the 1700s half of them were taken to Cuba by the Spanish and converted to Catholicism, then the Miccosukee & Seminoles fleeing North Florida came onto their territory and breeded them out

Cherokee north of the Chattahooche....Creek south of the Chattahooche.
The Cherokee was actually a bunch of weak ass c00ns. They wasn't even from the area. Got their asses whooped by the Shawnee in the Ohio River Valley and moved south to the Appalachians cuz it was the only area that didn't have any Indians on it already. Other tribes looked at it as a sacred hunting ground, and the soil is shytty so you can't grow crops on it anyway. So they didn't want it, but they still didn't like the Cherokee on it either, but they had no where else to go. Which is why when cacs came a short time later they was licking their boots so hard. The Cherokee had to cozy up to Cacs cuz the Creeks to the south was at they necks on the regular.
