Before y’all start accusing other black people, behind this read the article Instead of only the damn headline. Then you can actually question the incident instead of playing the same role in rotation. This wasn’t a random shooting obviously and you don’t who did it considering the extenuating circumstances. Why would they need an internal investigation over a “random” street shooting? But keep reacting how the media expects you too. Even her father thinks it’s deeper than that.

Late Tuesday afternoon, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner launched an Internal Affairs investigation into the department's response time to the shooting. Arianna's father said police didn't arrive until 7 a.m., more than four hours after the time of the incident.

"I am aware and have concerns regarding the delayed response time in this incident and have initiated an Internal Affairs investigation.

Even so, shooting a 4 year old child is inexcusable. Whether it is a CAC cop or someone else, a 4 year old girl getting shot over a targeted shooting, should be publicly executed. Guns just makes weak people gain false power to harm/kill innocents.

We always see what these CACs are doing, and in (other) cases, they have assistance from other CACs and token c00ns in these police departments. Mostly, it is CACs that plotted the entire thing, but make no mistake, if anyone finds comfort in harming little black children, they must feel it in something outside of a simple bullet.
