I think about what would happen if black millionaires went to predominantly white poor areas and just started opening up businesses that everyone wanted to go to/work at (Starbucks, Chik-Fil-A, Chipotle) in places where they don't have them. Imagine the when they get excited about the new jobs, only to find out that they are getting hired as the staff and the managers that are getting hired are all black.

I bet there are a ton of places in the deep south where we could shift the power dynamic in a couple of generations by just taking them over because they are stagnant
