nikkas kill me coming into court wearing kufis or glasses

Now he up there crying and his girl or sister up there saying really 43 years,,,, well bytch u should have been there to tell the nikka don’t do the crime

fukk him

Powerful :wow:

Sidenote: I also find it ironic that she turned to the VICTIM’S family and started screaming “I HATE YALL!

If I’m that family, in court hearing about my loved one being killed, and the killers family starts acting emotional, it would’ve taken everything in me not to jump up and try to kill them with my bare hands- and that’s just from them getting emotional. For letting a tear drop n sh*t.

There would’ve been NO stopping me had they had an actual outburst and screamed “I hate y’all”, to us, the loved ones of the person their family member killed.

I'm considering the well being of the citizen. That's why I advocate for criminals to be punished. But punishment is not cruelty.

43 years old is more than half of his lifetime. It's excessive.

20 years il basically a quarter of your life. Since he's 23, 20 will a third of the rest of his life. It's a lot. I think it's enough for the crime he committed.

This is an example of the limit of the American justice system.

No, you are not considering the well being of citizens. You're making the mistake of viewing punishment as an action that results in protection. The correct way of viewing things is a particular action resulting in both punishment and protection.

To detain someone indefinitely for the sake of punishment is arguably cruel (it would depend on the crime committed). However recognising the continued threat someone who committed armed robbery, whilst on parole for armed robbery, presents and detaining them for life is pragmatic.

He held people at gunpoint and they feared for their life. If they didn’t cooperate they would’ve probably been shot.

Sorry but he deserved that sentence.

nikkaz doing crime that been a no no out here and the laws been heavy as hell for twenty years for that shyt.

no remorse because nikkaz nowadays wanna do crime to live out some bullshyt fantasy life. Ain't no crack 88 numbers out here in the streets.
ain't no super gangs and no you not gon be bmf.
and if you still doing wanna be ol school crimes. They gotta place for you.

you can be in any shelter and hear old heads.
talk about their old cat burglar scores and why they in a shelter.
All cause they would rather be homeless.
than get the penalty for any home invasion of any type.

they been changed those laws.
if you out here doing ol crime.
you gon get ol crime drama numbers.
they systematically been remedied why burglary is not talked about much if at all now.

you kick'n doh's. You better be super thorough and always flawlessly execute.
simply cause they got charges and a place for you.

Fact he was on parole with an ankle monitor didn’t help at all.

At what point would he be eligible for parole with 43 years ? Because he does need to sit for at least 15 years and he needs to show growth and shyt in the can.

I’m pretty liberal when it comes to prisons and prison sentencing. But when you look at all the facts, homey needs to sit the rest of his 20s out in prison and I can see a justification for the entirety of his 30s too. And if he’s not exemplary in prison - maybe more. And that’s me, someone that hates to see black men in the system. With a CAC judge 43 years seems about right.

Nah, 43 is about right. 1

He was released from prison for armed robbery and committed the crime again when the tag was around his ankle as a reminder.

There is a point where you have to consider the wellbeing of law abiding citizens.

No fan of the current criminal justice system but breh deserves this 100

Committed an armed robbery ontop of armed robbery

You know who deserves sympathy? Black men caught with half an ounce of drugs who then get football numbers. Black women who run a stop sign and go to jail for months because they can't afford a small bail, thus losing their jobs and homes.

You know who doesn't deserve sympathy? A motherfukker breaking into homes with a gun and tying people up.

White people send us into a recession and bankrupt millions of families, only paying a fine with the money they stole, but brehs are happy to see a brother spend the rest of his life in prison for armed robbery. :francis:

Obviously, it matters what his ethnicity is, unless you think a white man who committed the same crimes would be subject to a similar penalty.
