The very last case sickens me. This little absolute FAGGUTT robbed, shot, and killed a 21yo who was on his way home. And who had ZERO money on him. 21 years old just walking home, snuffed out literally for nothing. Yet, when the low life scum that did it gets hit with life w/o parole his family has the nerve to start shrieking and wailing and hollerin’?!

I'll be in the minority here but 43 is excessive. This is not punishment, it's cruelty.
They should have given him 20. He's 24. At 44, he will still have the opportunity to turn his life around.

Nah. That’s what every armed robber should get. Only end to someone violently robbing random folks is them escalating to killing someone or them being jailed before that happens. Throw decades at these asswipes and maybe they will think twice before sticking that gun in someone’s face for a couple hundred bucks at best. That’s what I’m saying. The psychological impact of not being safe in your home must be destroying. People work hard their whole lives to have their own safe space, then some scumbag comes along and ruins it?
10-15 years would’ve been adequate if it was his first offense.... but this fool did these crimes whilst on parole? What next? He would’ve murdered the next time he went on another robbing spree.
We know black people get disproportionately longer sentences but anyone saying this sentence is too long... this is not the hill to die on. You can’t defend a career criminal that would rob a 70 year old and hold teenagers hostage at gunpoint.
Yep, one of my young cousins lost his life just a few months ago to one of these kidnapping, armed robbery clowns. Thats why I don’t have any sympathy, it was only a matter of time before this cat upgraded to causing bodily harm to one of his victims.
