i wont go so far as to say that...but yea...women appreciate a nice body just like we do...
thats why i stay in the gym...even got the ol'lady lifting now...

Not that I'm trying to start anything being new and all, but who are these guys that say that "looks don't matter" and "a good body will only get you so far?"
As a former fatty, I can tell you that this is straight bullshyt.
Granted, I'm not cut up yet but still...the looks I get compared to when I was fat...it's not even close.
When I get them abs, it's time to eat.
Man when I was ripped and in shape I had absolutely no game but would have females getting at me left and right. Only I didn't realize it cause I had always got that attention. Once I gained weight had me craving for that old attention. Made me actually learn how to talk to women. One of my good friends was built like a body builder. We couldn't even cut across a dance floor in a club because he'd have so many women just grabbing him to try and throw it at him. And this dude would just say the dumbest shyt to women he could and still knock em down.
Being in shape and looking right will definitely open that door to where it really don't matter what you have to say.

i've been skinny my whole life but about 2 years ago i started lifting with dumbells at home and drinking protein shakes.
last year i joined a gym and have been hitting it up 2-3 times a week, still doing the protein and just started creatine.
i also stopped biking (i really miss that though) so i didn't burn so many calories.
in the past 2 years i've put on 24 pounds and i'd say 90% of that is muscle.
i try not to burn calories outside of the gym other than a weekly hike in the woods.
