I witnessed some college Florida gators athletes alternate single dumbbell press 100's, 125's, and the 150's for incline chest a couple years back. They weren't even big guys, had to be about 200 lbs each.

These cats were going in for reps. Not that Powerlifting 1-4 reps. Football strength is on another level. The crazy part too is most of these guys even if they're not good at it are used to the fight culture by high school.

Now double that for some of these NFL players and you might end up like that breh(or worse) posted in the OP.

You think giving them millions of dollars, fame and access to a league that will get them out of trouble, from rape to murder, as long as you can play...... According to Hollis, Spriggs inadvertently bumped into Donald and an incident ensued inside the Boom Boom Room nightclub that caused both parties to be asked to leave.

So not only did they go to the real police and file... There's also video evidence they know exists (why sue when you're on video starting it)... And they all got kicked out the club, then dudes started beating his ass outside... So why does AD need to continue to beat him up outside? He bump him again? I've been trying to tell people for years.....Don't fight NFL players. They're different. I was djing in the club one night and Raheem Brock (won a superbowl with the Colts and played with Peyton Manning) threw the security guard at the club down a flight of steps in the DJ booth because he wouldn’t let him get into the DJ booth to talk to me. Security guard was like 6'4 300 and he threw dude around like a QB on 4th and long. I literally hid under the DJ booth because I thought I was gonna get squashed by them rumbling.
