This. No one was justified for this. Life is not a video at all. Unlike videos - people don't realize that most people let their egos or feelings get in the way of conflict resolution skills. Combo of drinks, drugs late night, impressing females, bad mood can go from quiet to hostile in minutes and it's usually not the agitator who gets bodied or the agitator is not built for holding his own.There is nothing unfortunate about this at all.

Dude with the fur trimmed coat had a knife in his hand. Dude failed to know his surroundings and no situational awareness - dude wasn't dolo and had his man holding. Legal defense could prove a case of self defense or unintentional manslaughter bc his friend's life was at risk - not accepting an apology is no excuse for putting hands on someone- acting like a crew of 6th graders. All 3 of them were acting like a-holes actually - dude for acting froggy and spazzing after getting bumped into when dude apologized, dude punching him for not accepting his apology and his brother for trying to pull up on the dude on the ground for a buckfifty to the face. The shooter seems to be the only one with cleans hands (in the loosest sense of the word) for protecting his friend from getting sliced (which he could have just easily thought dude was going to get stabbed up).
