Local cops know a little too much too quickly imo.

If you know all this going on why you not stopping it? Cops good for busting low level black drug dealers but the cartels they ignore.

They’ve probably been watching them and know everything about them. That’s not how you put away legit cartel members and big fish. It’s not uncommon for local/municipal law enforcement to let them do their thing and commit their crimes while the Feds build cases. Informants will get passes too. Sometimes it takes years to gather evidence and build a decent case (RICO etc.).

But, you better believe that when those Fed indictments hit, it’s over for that ass. No escape. You’re done. Look at Chapo, Gotti, and the countless others. In fact, the only thing that these types of people fear is the Feds.

Transnational crime is usually handled by the Feds. Barney Fife can’t step on a federal investigation.
Roscoe P. Coltrane sees something fishy and is usually told to fall back by a suit from Washington

This.

NC a big stopping point for birds breh. Everyone out here, even ms13

I stayed in Charlotte a little over 10 years ago and I remember when MS13 was recruiting heavy. Initiations were bumping the back of cars and when the people get out, the new recruit starts shooting...had flyers and shyt being posted with warnings about it all through the city and news reports warning people
