The #1 culprit of this is google lol. They keep track of your IP and your search history...it's technically to deliver better search results (and it works), but it's the exact same concept

It may be too late for some but not all. There are people that will listen who did not know this information and will act accordingly.

We can create tech that will not spy on us. But WE have to create it.
