Change your Gmail to something like Protonmail.

Tell the friends you really need to stay in contact with to do the same. Cut off ties with your other contacts. Quit your job if they force you to use any of these and find something else.

And someone find someone to build a respectable alternative to Youtube lol.


Facebook and Google are evil corporations. No exaggeration or hyperbole. Google is even worse than FB and even more powerful. It's virtually impossible to have a digital life not affected by Google but people should take the easy steps above to minimize their exposure. Seriously, you should cut ties with people who try to pressure you to use any of the above mentioned services by FB or Google. They not worth the time or effort. Thank me later.
