And in the 2018 finals when Curry was damn near avg a triple double he had a shytty game 3 and they held that against him.. so in 2015 they robbed him where game 3 he should have solidified it and in 2018 they held game 3 against him.. The FMVP voters really need to be called out and named
Rachel nichols mediocre ass is the first on my shyt list

she was talking about how she made the right choice to vote bron in 2015 a few years back

Easily the worst. Maria taylor or Ros should have her spot

Lebron played his heart out I won't deny it. But I think the stats hid his lack of a midrange j, getting stripped alot going to the paint, lack of the type of handle needed to weave thru that type of defense. All the media did was look at his stats and the fact he lost his second n third best players so they gave him too many narrative FMVP votes n disrespected Curry for some odd reason with 0 votes.

I'm not even gonna say Iggy didn't deserve it because u can argue his defense might have stopped the Cavs from winning it all. But Steph made a Bit more of an impact in retrospect and to have ZERO votes? Smh. Shame on the NBA for that one.

Steph getting ZERO is what's fukked up. IDC if Bron got votes, but steph shouldve won.

I agree 100%. I'm addressing the dummies in here blaming Steph not getting votes on Bron. That shyt doesn't even make sense, for two years in a row they gave the FMVP to the guy who guarded Bron, despite Bron being the best player in both series, and despite the FMVP winners in both series not being the best players on their team...

The voters gave Bron votes because he deserved them with an iconic series, not because of a bias against Steph. They just fukked up not giving it him because they were selling this story that the guy who guarded LeBron was on some legend shyt. I agree with yall though, and always have---->the precedent is that the most impactful player on the best team wins it. Steph deserved it...

Curry being FMVP would have reflected bad on LeBron. :francis:
If Curry had that FMVP, still had a 3-1 win record over LeBron and 2 MVPs, 2 scoring titles and the legacy of 'changing the game.' do you understand how he'd be looked at today? :whoo:

Steph winning FMVP would have reflected poorly on Bron but Dirk winning in '11 and Parker winning in '07 didn't?

Steph winning FMVP in '15 would kill the dumbass narrative that he's an inferior player to _____ because he doesn't have one. It wouldn't change how real heads look at him, he'd still be viewed the same. All of us recognize he was the best player on the '15 Dubs. He has the 3-1 Finals record on Bron, the MVPs abd all the other shyt, the FMVP wouldn't change anything for anyone other than the weird cats who hold him not having one, against him...

Honestly everyone who voted for FMVP in 2015 should have their vote privilege revoked

Steph Curry orchestrated that entire 2015 Finals series

I still can't believe how blatantly they disrespected the work that man put in to win the Warriors that championship. Not one single vote

media has too much control over the shyt tbh

2014 Kawhi won FMVP, but it was acceptable bc really anyone on that Spurs team couldve gotten it

Steph increased his scoring off his MVP regular season throughout the entire postseason and he got snubbed. Legit sickening.

Klay had an AWFUL finals in 2015 too, so steph had to completely carry the offensive load w/ his splash brother struggling.

Thank you. No one brings this up.

And again, Curry is literally making his teammates hall of famers. Draymond Green wouldn't even be starting on another team. Klay would just be Reddikk on another team, because he wouldn't get the looks he does.

Curry revitalized Iguodala career. He's gonna get his jersey retired by the Warriors.

He would not have in any other team.

Hell, right now he is going to revive Wiggins career.

TYRONE GA!
I mean, I get why Steph is hated, but at the same time, I don't get it.

Beyond his capabilities, one thing that often gets lost when discussing his play, is he's fearless. It's why he always participates in the 3-pt contest; it's why he throws behind-the-back passes down the stretch in the Finals of Game 7; it's why he throws up shots when there's only a few seconds left in the quarter (not protecting his shooting percentages).

He's the ultimate entertainer; he plays without a filter. He's a throwback to what all these dumbass nxggas think their childhood heroes were
.

Bolded is what I respect about him as well.

Kobe had a lot of the same mentality

Klay hadn't had the greatest post seasons in general although he had huge moments. Nobody mentions this tho.
People just prop up Klay and act like he's in game 6 mode every series just like knock Curry

When in reality, Klay has A LOT of games and playoff series where he is mediocre or doing nothing. He's gonna be in the hall of fame because of Steph.
