Bruh, can you drop some science behind that second video? I thought it was going to be positive affirmations, because I listen to those too, but it was just music pretty much. With that said, this shyt helped me tremendously today. I felt calm and focused. I do standup comedy too and had two good ass sets, without feeling the same level of nerves or anxiety that I usually do, and I believe listening to this on and off during the day helped :ohhh:
