Bruh, can you drop some science behind that second video? I thought it was going to be positive affirmations, because I listen to those too, but it was just music pretty just music. With that said, this shyt helped me tremendously today. I felt calm and focused. I do standup comedy too and had two good ass sets, without feeling the same level of nerves or anxiety that I usually do, and I believe listening to this on and off during the day helped![]()
The science behind it? I'm not really sure about all the technical jargon off the type of my head. I'll get back to you on that unless @Napoleon wants to go for it.......
