Wow I didn't even know they had programs like that out there. They hustling high school diploma for a fee. My suggestion start at square one go get a G.E.D at an accredited high-school that offer classes for adults. Then apply at your local community college. You'll have to take a placement test to determine your skill level. But once you're in the possibilities are limitless.

I do life coaching in my part time. Had a client that had an identical issue with his employer...with the coffee example and everything..
I basically told him to turn an "acute instruction born of malice into an voluntary act of acclaim." Meaning, do what he says but remix it so it benefits yourself or/and others. He kept telling dude to get his coffee etc....so dude starting offering to get coffee for his section or also for the baddie that worked close to him.
Eventually the baddie took over coffee duties voluntarily, and she would hurry to give the boss his shytty coffee, so she could hang around my clients desk giving him his.
I view things as war and tactics in life brehs. Interactions with salty cacs or others is childs play brehs. You are not going to risk your currently employment over a dusty degenerate trying to rile you up and out are you breh?
Just be better than him breh. Your moment will come where he violates some ethics or does something that gets you paid breh.

I let any employer know I'm not too far from the streets. Covertly let them know that I'll always eat too, job or no job. I'm actually taking a pay cut working here.
I look supervisors and managers dead in their eyeballs and they know...without me saying a thing...I will hurt you.
When the opportunity presents itself I air it out that no one should ever do something to make me think it's personal and not business, because that's my cue to thug it out.
They see my associates and cousins swing by the job and they want no parts of them.
If anything I have to reassure my employers I won't kill them...
