UT is a better job for various reasons. Getting paid more is obviously at the top of that list.
lets not clog this thread up on if X job is better than Y job

flagship schools: USC, UT, UF
all those jobs are elite, along with most of the jobs in the SEC (proximity to elite talent).

- proximity to elite talent
- huge fanbase
- lots of boosters
- winning tradition
- big stadium
- top tier resources (although these days, TV contracts means everyone is building nice facilities)
- "visibility / brand"
