I remember last fall semester, my school’s African Student Association was doing this speed dating event and one of the questions being asked was “Which country got the best jollof rice?”. Most of the Africans at my school (UMES) are Nigerian, Cameroonian, Ghanaian, Ethiopian, Sierra Leonean, Gambian, Liberian, etc. These MF’ers will go to all out war with you over jollof rice

Bruh whats the deal with jollof rice? I've never had it but it just looks like regular tomato rice

Ghanaians are known to have have a hugggeee inferiority complex regarding Nigerians the same way Canadians have regarding the USA. It's fukking sad of us.

Ask a Ghanaian about his country and people, you'll certainly hear him at some point mention Nigeria at least 2-3 times in the conversation. But this never happens when you ask a Nigerian about his country and Tribe.
