Up to this point we've failed as a collective...we need to start holding black churches,Politicians,and the people in our neighborhoods accountable.
Black churches don't invest in local black neighborhoods despite taking in billions of dollars every year.And they're not being held accountable by their congregations.If every black church invested 20-35% of their non-taxed offerings into the local community,and gave each tenured church member one share,we could build trillions of dollars in black wealth,and buy property in every black city/neighborhood.We could then control the businesses,Financial institutions,Educational system,Politics and Policing in every black city and neighborhood across the country...many black neighborhoods have been gentrfied.But there are thousands more that are ran down,abandoned,and still up for grabs.

It goes beyond black churches though. There are non-profit organizations that should be held accountable as well for not doing fukk all, except pacifying the low income residents with utility payments (If they are qualified) and taking care of their babies (If they are qualified). Majority of the time, they either pull some stats out of their asses about how the organizations are making an impact, when in reality they are just babysitting the problem and not letting it stand on its two feet. I remember working for a non profit organization and wanted to come up with GED programs and ways of attacking the unemployment woes that was within the area, but it was always an excuse after an excuse. Hell, they barely helped with my budget of wanting to upgrade the computer lab, but every office got a new PC in the upcoming month. Bottom line is that folks don't care for the community and wonder why gentrification is spreading like wildfire. Sometimes, I feel like no one gives a shyt until folks get push so far away...they will end up in sea water.

They dress the same hang out with each other and live ironic lives where everyone of them strives to be an individual by doing the same shyt.
Listen to black music and culture vulture food and all other types of shyt all the while staying in their white bubbles.
Eventually the spaces they occupy become stale and devoid of culture and variety. Just drab places with coffee shops on all corners and lame cacs. That's gentrification.
What made major cities cool was the forced mixing of people and all their flavors of food and culture. These cacs chase that aura but they can't be a part of it. They destroy it as soon as they touch down because they don't mix and mingle they start making their safe zones and pushing others out.
Major cities like NY will loose their draw because of these goofs turning everything into Cacfrancisco. Oh but they love dancing to trap tho just not round nikkaz.

Dawg, I've actually helped to put more black and spanish people here in rooms and apartments than anyone else here where I work....like I said before these jew landlords/building owners really is racist and don't want anybody that isn't white in these buildings. Housing discrimination is what NYC real estate thrives on and I'm trying to change that.

We was in PJs starvin and they had million dollar apartments right across the street with these cacs thinkin it was all good
Cacs would walk to the chinese food spot on the block cuz it was right by the overpass where 5-0 was usually around and try to scope shyt.

numbers wise idk. But Eye test wise yes. Places that use to be predominately blk/west Indian or waaaay less blk/ west Indian and more wht or Latino
