Never been getting your ass beat, struggling to find the space to chug some sake and then continue the fight drunk?

Yeah I never really cared to use it for spirit/health.

When I went to fight the ONI, I used it because i drained all my spirit fighting the grunts before him.

I ended up doing the mission over and saved my spirit and beat him.
