I would argue that GoT was more "woke" than Yotei. I distinctly remember in the Dance of Wrath storyline that there was a dude who was an outcast because he visited his "friend's" grave at night. It is implied that they were more than friends. Then Lady Masako being a scissor sister despite being married.

There were no such storylines in Yotei.

Just finished beating the Spider.

@Dillah810 the Spider seems pretty easy to beat, easier than his brother, the Dragon. The Dragon was more tougher fight than the Spider

he was tougher for me. in fact, i think he was the third hardest behind saito and takezo of course. the dragon and kitsune i didn't fail once. oni maybe 3 times. but spider i died at least 8 times

Spider caught me slipping. I didn't have sake or much consumables. I thought I was just gonna chase him and smack his weak ass around

I thought that mission was gonna go like that too. Towards the end of that duel Spider kept doing that quick unblockable to disarming combo that always made me drop my weapon.

That armor is clutch for clearing the base camps in that region. When those soldiers shoot you, they always shoot you 3-5 times which can take your entire health bar away if the shooters catch you clipping. I was so glad to get that armor when I did.

And I have to say I get the introduction of guns due to the time period but I hate guns in my samurai games.

I JUST got done beating the Spider. That duel was a lot harder than I thought it was gonna be. Especially since I accidentally entered the fight with no sake

Me too, just done beating the Spider, I only had one sake left.


Now, I'm on chapter 3

I never used sake once. Mainly because i didnt know how, but my armor, counter and charm buffs alway replenished my spirit so i guess i didnt have to

Not if they use it against you first. Saito and his sons were the only ones i busted out the toolie cuz the pulled on me first. Like Jin, yall wanna go low, im gonna go to hell.
