Stopped playing on lethal. Can't do it without perfect parry unlocked. Where you get skill points anyway. I forgot lol

u get them from the shrines. They're not "skill points" in this game. U just pray at a shrine and it opens a menu where u can unlock skills

EDIT, there's a Shamisen song that can take u to shrines as well, so make sure u do the side quests

AC Shadows and Ghost of Yotei stories are like:

Great games tho :wow:

Atsu really does play like Yasuke and Naoe combined :skip: Also the weapon switching for enemy styles feels a lot like Rise of the Ronin's rock/paper/scissors mechanic as well. The past few years I played Sekiro, Nioh 2, Like a Dragon: Ishin, Rise of the Ronin, and AC: Shadows so all these games feel like cousins to me :mjlol:

Yotei does a better job with the open world and progression systems tho. Shadows has AC: Odyssey syndrome where the game throws so many different objectives and quest lines at you it's overwhelming. Yotei has a really good balance of being open with a variety of things you can do at any given moment, without being overwhelming to the point where you have analysis paralysis. If you want a new weapon do this, you want a skill point, do that. It does a good job always making you work for something without making you feel like you're grinding

for some reason, i feel like the enemies are tougher to beat this time around
The definitely are. Figured hard would be about the same as sushi, but it closer to Iki Island difficulty than base sushi. These Ezo motherfukkers are NOT playing around!

If you right the first was too easy, you'll be pleasantly surprised here.

Never played lethal because I'm not about that life.
