That's what I meant. In order to actually win against him a second time, you'll probably need to master all weapon styles.

Seems like Takezo is GoY's version of Erlang. The optional boss battle that's as hard or harder then the actual final boss battle

I don't think you need to master all styles. At least I plan on defeating him with just a katana.

I got the timing okay. The problem is not being able to break him down quickly enough and getting fukked up very quickly. The cold sets in and it's a wrap once he gets his licks in. Styles won't change that but more spirit will.

The last disciple before you face Takezo was also pretty tough. I was using the Bounty Hunter Armor for duels for the perfect parry buff, but dudes combos were so fast I had to switch armors after a few retries

I JUST got the undying armor last night right before I went to bed so I haven't used it yet

The bounty hunter armor was the first armor I got outside of the pre-ordered suits, so I have way more experience with it
