At one of the greatest comedies in movie history :laff:

Movie wasn't all that funny:camby:

U bugging. The movie is hilarious it's just subtle comedy. shyt you don't really notice unless you watch it multiple times. When the demon dog broke out of Louis's apartment and that old white lady popped her head out and made that noise. Rick Moranis getting raped by the demon dog in front of that restaurant and everybody goes back to eating. Then Bill Murray and Harold Ramis were adlibbing most of their lines in the movie. If you don't find GB funny then you don't understand comedy.

I think people outside the Coli share the same opinion about the movie being legendary. Trust me, we aren't the only people discussing the Ghostbuster franchise. But we are the only people discussing Blank Check.

I honestly think Eddie Murphy would've killed Ghostbusters with the two many cooks in the kitchen. GB was Bill Murray's show and he owned that movie. Aside of the slight to E-Hud this is still a legendary movie to me.
You're probably right. It would've been too many big egos in the movie. In all honesty, it's really hard for me to imagine Eddie playing the role because I'm used to seeing him as THE star of the movie. And I don't know how well his personality would've meshed with the rest of the team. But it's still fun to wonder how Ghostbusters would've turned out if he was there. After all, Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd had already starred in Trading Places. And Bill Murray and Harold Ramis had starred in Stripes. So it's just cool to imagine if they were all in the same movie together.

LOL, I was watching behind the scene footage. They said Bill Murray adlibbed that line cuz it wasn't in the script. Yo Bill Murray is fukking legendary, yo. I watched a few of his movies as a kid and didn't find them as funny as I do now. But it's all sly slick shyt then you hear how he just freestyled most of his dialogue. This man got gems Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, What About Bob, Caddyshack, Zombieland.

Dude is a legend. Not sure how the Female Reboot of Ghostbusters would go down.... #NoMisogyny but I don't think it'd be funny. Half of the comedy is cause of Bill alone. Two, this is one of those things where it should be untouched. Now, if they did a Ghostbusters 3 where they ended up making a Female team along with other people there and did a spin-off of that Female Team, I'd be with it. But ehhhh............ I'm not sure.

Where many murders occur
Eddie Murphy was starring in his OWN movies breh. I actually think he turned this one down to do Coming To America, which he wrote the story for. fukk Cacbusters Eddie had his own thing going
He didn't write the story for it, some old cac did. Then he sued Paramount over it.

If Eddie was on Ghostbusters, Bill Murray's career is over. No Groundhog Day, no showing up at cubs games or at the SuperBowl, no significant role on GB2. Murray dodged a bullet, he should be thankful af to the makers of Bev Hills Cop. Eddie woulda outshone the fukk out of him.

That female reboot is gonna be trash, Hollywood stays rebooting and remaking wihout any original ideas. Damn shame :camby:
