Center self, inner self
And water is wet :comeon:

If you were trying to decipher what he was rapping about bless your heart :francis:
? I became a Wu head at 15 years old (2000) and a lot of Wu heads/rap heads swore that album was full of 5% messages, just like Cuban Linx. Ayo I don't like when people act like something is obvious when it really wasn't back then :stopitslime:

No shade on 2pac, but lyrically and skill wise how is he an exception? He was the most mediocre basic rapper of all time. I give him credit as an artist, he seemed like he touched on some real issues but as an MC, I'm going to have to disagree, before I get crucified.
It's weird when people say Pac wasn't lyrical when he was a prolific writer with a vast vocabulary and was obviously well read.

his verse on The Game was :mindblown:

MC ultra high-brolic bank roll alcohol vulture
Garlic balls dice the shield of ocre
Tally ho pitty-pat backgammon pro
Pink salmon five spring rolls know me, you love my intro
Half a face wig sewed together like manhattan chase
Lookin like statue of praise, check behind the drapes
Castor troy layin for travolta mic gun pump
Layin on the floor clark's bleedin watermelon chunks
Hold up... sprinkle the hash, tony chapstick
Snatch rza last piece of fish right off the glass dish
Butter roll beats bagel tracks wavey hair decks
Lay it down straw hat style, butterball crown
Time life investments, when broke I wrote the old testament
Crashed domes now perform excellence
Words with the president, brunch with yeltsin
Gorbachev under meth's nuts, he out in belgium
Six and a half monkeys, twelve nazis :mindblown:
Four disappear, three eight two one flash to thin air
God's replica no wheel drive motionless mind cresica
Tilt the hat like esther

Cuban Linx was the highest level of what they were trying to do or say After that Meth linked with Red man where his shyt was straight forward you could the rest of the Wu albums kinda went off the rails

But Motherless child was a standard Rae and Ghost caper song expect Rae was kinda just ad libbing for the most part

Pac was a true poet more than a rapper. He didn’t rap like he was in a million cyphers killing nikkas so he didn’t baffle you with flowery bullshyt. No one had to decypher what ‘Pac really meant on a song.
Dot plays around with saying three things subliminally but he really only does this when he’s dissing someone.

Exactly he translates universally. He has songs about every subject matter you can possibly be going through. People confuse lyrical miracle with lyrical.
