Like brother @Piff Perkins said...this could be bad news. He's said, several times, over the past year that the album was done and that it's up there in quality as the first. He said he didn't want to change it because it's just how he wanted it and that he's just waiting for sample clearances. If him looking for new beats means he couldn't get those clearances cleared, it may be a negative thing. I'm hoping that he's just looking to add just 1 or 2 beats to complete the album and the rest of the beats for new Wu group project material. Deck just confirmed that the group been in studio while on tour in Europe.

I don't think Adrian Younge had anything to do with Supreme Clientele 2. Ghost already confirmed sample based beats and he's said on numerous occasions that the 12 Reasons to Die projects were side projects he did as a favor for RZA. Basically he been saying the Supreme Clientele music he already finished was reminiscent of the original albums sound.

I'd love to hear Ghostface on a Beatnuts beat. Assuming the Nuts still have heat.

No RZA, Adrien Younge, Alchemist, Premo, etc.

Either Ghostface embraces the next Clams Casino online or he gets a beat from someone reputable and underrated who hasn't put out a beat in a while, but still got an obscure banger in the stash. e.g. DJ Scratch, Diamond D, Muggs, Tip, etc.

Better contact Harry Fraud.

That's weird...That same announcement for people to send beats for SC2 was made on wutangcorp.com like 5 years ago.
Beatmakers how do you send people beats? An mp3? A bunch of wav files for each piece of the beat?

Yup. I remember watching those interviews, and while I was glad to see Ghost sound so positive about the project I couldn't help but think damn...he's not gonna get those clearances. The industry has changed so much over the last few years, samples have really been thrown in the bushes. Honestly I doubt Ghost could have released The Big Doe Rehab in 2015 - the samples would have been harder to clear.

The good news is that the Wu still gets love, and I'm sure a bunch of dope producers will want to get on this project.
