The RA doesn't apply to primary defenders, to my knowledge. If they considered Green the primary defender there, the RA is as irrelevant as it is a post-up.

Fast breaks are different though, depending on being 2on1 or more imbalanced, so it might've been a poor call. I don't know how the NBA rules those plays.
