Nick Nurse not making timely adjustments

I've seen you post this a couple times and I couldn't disagree more.

The rest of your points are very valid but I think Nurse (or possibly the coaching staff as a whole, idk) has done a great job throughout the playoffs adjusting to whats in front of them

Their game plan on defense specifically has changed on almost a game by game basis and has been crazy effective.

He's tweaked the rotation at times and seems to ride the hot hand off the bench really well.

I've never really noticed them get stuck in a bad one on one matchup for a long period

So I dont get the Nurse criticism.

What people are missing when discussing Klay and KD's returns is that neither will be close to fully healthy and KD will be completely out of rhythm and out of shape. This is not much of an issue offensively, well for Klay at least as he can just spot up and be effective. KD won't be able to jump or explode or move with any sort of fluidity and that will really limit his offensive game. That said, offense is not even the issue here. GSW has put exactly 109 pts on the board in every game no matter who is or isn't out there. That should be enough to win. Problem is they are giving up 120 in their 2 losses. What they really need right now is defense and it is highly unlikely that two guys coming back off leg injuries, especially one with a pretty severe one that has been out a month, are going to help on that end.
