Would you ever give Harden a pass? He faces this type of defensive attention without reinforcements on a regular basis.
If Harden ever won a championship prior to this I would. I don't respect the flopping tho so I probably wouldn't.

If Steph has anyone else to pass to other than Klay that can hit a shot you can't stop him. You don't need KD to create. Just spot up, Klay can even post up instead of KD.

The problem all series has been the SF position. Iggy and Mckinnie combined for 5pts last game. They haven't combined for 15pts once all series. :francis:

If I'm the Raps, I welcome this.Klay can't consistently create his own shot. He'll start to get clunky.

Especially in the post.He can do it, but it's not necessarily his expertise. He's merely mediocre down

there.Just hand the Raps that Larry O'Brien

Juggalo island
im on the phone with
a source right now who watched the practice

I just talked to one of the janitors who happens to be a juggalo friend of mine and he says KD looks back to his normal self already.

He also said boogie cousins spilled blue gatorade in the locker room and it took awhile to clean up

Bad news for @Lord Scarf

The issue for GS isn't offense. Outside of Game 4 they've had offensive ratings of 116, 110, and 110. The issue for Golden State is defense. They literally can't get stops.

Had Toronto not gone 2-12 from 3 in the 1H which is a product of variance, Friday night is probably a 20-30 point blowout given that Toronto put up a 140 offensive rating, scoring 63 points on 45 possessions in the 2nd half.

Warriors literally can't defend them. Kawhi ISOs, open 3s for Danny Green, Siakam, Gasol, & Lowry, Lowry/Ibaka PNR, VanVleet ISOing on switches all have been effective.

One of the things that's interesting as well is that GS can't even get a stop after made baskets.

It's a lot easier to defend after a made basket when the opposing offense has to go against your set defense. Toronto is pushing after made baskets and scoring easily. It's absolutely incredible.

One of the biggest misconceptions about GS is that they were all offense but they were built as defensive team first and much of their offense comes from getting out in transition, pushing the pace after creating turnovers and missed shots. I do think if KD comes back, he can help their defense but how much can he give them?

You don’t think Toronto will adjust their defence at all if KD is on the floor?? That’s just not realistic. Again, a hobbled KD can be single covered by Kawhi and we can continue to keep Steph from getting the ball. Klay will get his. All we gotta do is keep the role players out of it which should be easy because they’re all either old or hurt.

Don’t underestimate the Raptors defence...

Raptors would just let KD iso against Kawhi, Siakam, and/or Green, and live with the results. We've already seen GSW with a healthy KD in these playoffs with teams content to live with Beverly, Gordon, CP3 guarding him iso. Some games he'll get his, like when he dropped 46 in game 3 of the WCSF vs Houston, but Step and Klay only had 16 and 17 that same night, and they lost that game. At the end of the day there's only one basketball, and it'll still come down to defense.. bc Toronto is getting nothing but wide open 3s and gimmes for Ibaka/Gasol.
