Kawhi has not been himself defensively this series. The Warriors were forcing the switch to get him to guard Curry for stretches during the game. He’s always going to get steals and deflections but his man and help defense hasn’t been as good.

If GS wins tonight they’re winning in 7. It’s a must for the Raptors to win tonight.

look at these americans

game 1 a must win for the raptors
game 2 if the raptors dont win it goes back to oracle for two games its over
game 3 if raps don't win the series is over
game 4 if the raps don twin and kd comes back for game 5 its over
game 5 must win for raptors if they dont win this Golden state does in 7

hoping the warriors start off hot and are up by like 7 and the ml for raptors goes to like 2.50
As someone who already placed his bet... Im just hoping the Raps adjust to KD without easing up on Curry. Its likely Durant will be a decoy out there, designed to fool the Raptors and throw off their gameplan. Amidst all of that, Klay Thompson could be dangerous.

Im confident, but not to the point where I see free money :patrice:

That doesn’t look that far off, why was Kawhi only playing 35 min a game
A Spur fan could probably answer better but from what I recall back then, the Spurs still ran their equal opportunity offense and Kawhi didn't really have the offensive capabilities that he has now, so he was scoring within the system (i think a lot of his points were heavily assisted) and only played 33mpg in the reg season, averaging 21 points.

He couldn't really dribble or create space like he can now. This is why KD and others were accusing him of being a "system" player back then. That probably also fueled his offseason work because he got a bit exposed in the playoffs (imo) when he couldn't carry them

KD really just needs to be on the floor enough to open the floor up for steph and klay...i don't expect him to really do much besides that...

On the other hand Kerr lied about Looney being out and that is just a pure fukkboy move...so for all we know KD is like 90% healthy and going to come out gunning and play 35 minutes...
