Superstar
The Raptors should get another scorer if they want to resign him. Siakam is not ready yet. If leaves the Lakers or Clippers better have passing 1's ready because fam is no playmaker.
I think Siakam will be better next year. I'm not sure he'll ever carry a team but I do think he'll string together some All-Star berths and can be a 20/10 guy. But he may not be ready this series---->he needs to be a 20/10 guy this series and he just may not be there yet like you said!
Agree wherever Kawhi goes, you need another scorer!
We are now at the point where if your star player isnt averaging 45 ppg in the finals they not living up to expectations.
Its folks in here saying Kawhi was "terrible" this game.
Lmao did you even watch the game?
He wasn't terrible but this absolutely wasn't a "great" performance. He was good. He needs to be better than "good" to give his team a shot, or do you disagree with that?
We expected Westbrook and Harden to step up every postseason. We expected LeBron to win every Finals even though almost every year a superior team is on the other side. Is Kawhi's expectations supposed to be lower than every other superstar? How does that work?
He scored three points in the 4thQ. All three were free throws, and none came until the 1:08 mark left in the 4th. The Raptors needed him to stop the bleeding in the 3rd, for half the quarter, he didn't. They needed a basket late in the 4tb when they were getting stops, he didn't get it. 16 of his points were at the line, 5 turnovers to 3 assists and most of those turnovers came when they had The Dubs on the ropes defensively or when they needed a score in the 3rd...
Dont try to dress this up like Kawhi was just on fire tonight...

...the fact he stayed THAT long is beyond me. Went back too
