Basketball is a team game. Without KD the Warriors are barely a 50 win team. They aren't s Finals team.
Y'all talking about the Warriors being the same 73 win team without KD and they are not. Bogut could play more than 4 mins back then. Everyone was younger. That year was peak Draymond and Steph. That was Shaun's best season with the Warriors.

We just saw Klay come back from injury and he wasn't as effective as people thought he would be. This Toronto team is just built better.

-Toronto has about 5 players that could be on an all-defensive team
(Ibaka, Kawhi, Van Vleet, Gasol, Danny Green)
-Draymond, Igoudala, Livingston, Looney, Bogut, Jerebko, Boogie are all being left at the 3-point line and dared to shoot. They have been reduced to screen setters in the half court.
-GSW should be working through Boogie on the block when Toronto puts that huge lineup out there. It’s too difficult for Klay and Curry to get good looks. If they went to a traditional offense for spurts Boogie could get buckets and it would collapse the defense a bit to get Curry, Klay, and Cook open looks from outside without them having to run those Rip Hamilton figure eights.
-Kawhi is in their heads. KD dropped 51 against them in the regular season and they still lost. They beat GSW in Golden State by 20
-GSW look exhausted from the title runs. They got lucky playing half assed against Portland but now they realize they can’t flip the switch against this team. They have to play great for 48 minutes to get a win, not just the 3rd quarter, and since they haven’t had to do that for a while it’s gonna cost them the series.
