There is nothing wrong with saying you don't find someone attractive/visually appealing. But some people put extras on it when it comes their comments, with "I don't like her skin tone,", etc whatever feature. A simple, "I don't find her attractive, but she is beautiful and very intelligent woman" will do fine or you could not say anything. not everything needs a response and not everything needs your uncensored opinion. As a professional, he should know by now that is dangerous territory and has gotten a lot of dudes in hot water.
